Flatulent & talking out a-- too much. The only way I can tell the difference is by the smell.
a cold-hearted b--ch with a 14 inch strap on....
those managers that stay on after ACT stay pulling out old tricks to add on POR headcounts... then the ACT cycle continue. This is how Intel managers are trained and to be polish again in the current managers training.
Trying to give me BE/IR/S4 for next Focals. Very stressful everyday at work. Cannot find another engr job with same pay. I'm not Ind.
Female Indian with a crew of favorites. Me, OWG who's days are numbered. Not to worry, happy to let the h1b indians scrap and claw and destroy each other over a shrinking pie. I will retire on my accumulated savings.

Nano manager. Has zero accountability downwards. Constantly thrashes projects for his lack.of vision and long range view. Lot of wasted work and churn. Shoots down every good idea from me instantaneously, only to do exactly by my idea, after 6 months. Travels constantly (hint gr 10+) while forbidding travel for his direct reports. The airline companies should give medals to these guys for keeping their profits up.
I sadly agree with @1rkk. Not everybody at Intel is talented enough to work for Google, Facebook, NVidea. Being G8+ at Intel means your Tcomp is 80-90% of market, so it's very difficult to move on voluntarily without taking a huge pay cut.
News flash - you're dead weight.
Backstabbing in number of sneaky ways through focus on wrong things, misrepresentations of work to support personal strong biases, yet pathetically incompetent or semi-competent. Focusing on superficial things like producing useless papers and power points, yet telling that we're product responsible despite full detachment from any hands on aspects.
...someone who is clueless about his role as a manager. Has no concept of project mgmt, resource allocation and mgmt, budgeting, or task mgmt. Is bar buddy and golf partner of his manager and was simply put in this role by his friend. Total failure in his role as a manager.
backstabber
@1rkk So money is more important to you than moral values? So I am obviously completely right in judging you and all other managers who think the same way. Yes, you might have to take a pay cut if you go somewhere else. I certainly did. And now I can look at myself in the mirror without being ashamed.
I hope you don't have children, because it would be bizarre if you were to talk to them about values while not having any yourself.
But I am soooooo happy that you "totally" objected. Well done. Good job.
is an OWG and competent. Strange.
I am a current Intel manager. I have totally objected to the recent cuts and selection processes and would really like to move on, but I am not able to find another engr mgr position in Bay Area with comparable salary, especially since I am over 50. So, don't be so quick to judge.
I have zero respect for any manager who stayed at Intel after ACT. And I don't have a problem with layoffs in general, but just with the immoral way how many ACT layoffs were executed. Managers who remained with Intel afterwards have basically no moral values.
Is the greatest. Just ask him.
In my org, incompetence grows as you go up the management chain with few exceptions on a side from lower level managers.
Semi-incompetent failing to be one of us, so the only path was to become even less competent manager. I would not say lying, but information massaging and big s---er upper. Very biased and against open dialogue, although tries to play it to run some massive meetings and meet with everybody and anybody.
earns more doing a lot less
Liar
Know nothing on how to do anything the team is doing, Explain what I'm doing is more difficult than tutoring a student. Good friends of SLM.
,,,much better now that I've left Intel...
