Yes. Cuts in INDIA CE is true. 15 may be the right number. Mostly layoffs at Junior Grades. Doesn't make sense. May be whole group or function is at risk.
Heard CE unit had some cut last friday (~15 engineers) in BLR
Appears cuts are very minimal and mostly in East Asia offices - Singapore and Malaysia.
we have some folks been notified and put on transition several months ago. will be departing end of oct

Yes many are told to leave by October 2017.
Don't hear anything in India. Selective Hiring in progress. Most groups have settled in normal mode and are delivering on projects. Not to worry about cuts.
