Apt description of the bdc storage director. Also to be noted are the coterie around him are equally incompetent.
So they have sacked this foolhardy bdc director. The big question was why it took so long to realize the worthlessness of this guy. This guy was fired from three teams in Netapp. With zero technical and managerial skills it is wonder how this guy survived this long. He just puts up a bravado and starts getting aggressive to cover up his lack. A typical narcissist personality who has worked in this industry with sheer luck.

And not to forget we have a James Bond Director who did nothing but played games on mobile phones. Will he also resign to show solidarity with the martyr leader. Nonsense. We know for a fact that we are the best. All other teams NDC, EMC, MDC, Austin etcetera are all non technical and therefore morons and monkeys at the bottom of the evolutionary stack. This is the mantra we have been repeating everyday for years.

bdc storage is the most incompetent team in MRES. Hope the management has taken cognizance of this fact and not stop at one or two folks. They should do a deep dive on the technical depth of these team starting from the super star PowerPoint and no code wfh techies. This will open a whole can of worms.

There was Reorg in MRES. The useless lead director in BDC storage was given the pink slip this week. The official announcement will be out soon. The equallogic, compellent and cyclone teams will be aligned with their respective business verticals.
