I will never go back to work with such a BUNCH of incompetent managers. They lie to employees and bosses and will stab you in the back in a heartbeat!

Getting fired from Dell is nearly impossible.
The legal team prefers severance due to the non-disparagement stipulations as well as waiving any financial gains that may be gained following a lawsuit. This isn't anything special to Dell, and is realistically a solid move, but if someone is caught in a spot where they are dismissed and need the severance it can certainly s---.
There are managers at Dell that make me question how they were able to continue to be employed (by anyone), but there are others that are rockstars and earn every bit of praise they receive. There is a certain amount of bureaucratic inertia that hampers any company, and in this respect Dell is no different. Dell seems to give a lot of opportunities for people to improve, but I agree that management is an area that should have higher standards in the first place.
tell me something new. Actually there are good bosses, you just have to know who and internal transfer or leave then reapply under him/her.
