We all use tor, but site has to have commitment not to log any of our identifiable information as cookies, IP and similar. Thelayoff is good for layoff topic, but are there sites where people can share for example issues that they want to raise and discuss but would be afraid to mention in identifiable way.

OP here; To all, VPN for security, TOR for privacy and if combined, only use TOR over VPN and does nto make sense in reverse. There is no 100% security nor privacy and there is number of things one can do to increase each, you have to pick and trust VPN, while TOR can be configured with very complex exclusions and filters to be highly untraceable even to current NSA based TOR tracking system. However, few things to keep in check with reality are first no information shared here nor anyone in Intel can trigger NSA to look and catch the target over TOR and second you have to be very careful and paranoid with use of browser and not to leak any other seeds and cookies, which is all quite unnecessary for the stakes on the level of topics in forums like this one. It would not be impossible that there could be cases of whistle blowers with solid information and poofs backing their case or there could be possibility of someone doing malicious information leak.
To simplify, for the purpose of level of topics here, TOR browser is way more than sufficient.
Back to the topic, question was if there are sites that publicize anonymity like this one, which is also important factor. Aside from some percentage of non constructive or poisonous commenters, which over the time go nowhere, forums like this invite and encourage raising topics that otherwise would not be raised and discussed.
OP - your statement makes no sense.
If you are on TOR as you claim, why do you care about IP address tracking? You are being routed through dozens of anonymous IP addresses, it's literally impossible to track back the posting IP address (will be a random computer somewhere in the world) to the IP address you are assigned by your provided.
If you are on TOR and incognito/private, cookies are not saved - that should not be an issue for you as well.
Aside from IP and cookies, they do not track anything else (based on my brief scan of the privacy policy a minute ago) - even if they were, in a incognito/TOR kind of situation you should be covered no matter what they (layoffs.com) do.
I am not aware of other sites, this sh-- is a legal nightmare and I am not sure how layoffs.com is doing it at all. I can imagine that they are getting hit with lawsuits and subpoenas all the time, leaving it this anonymous I've seen some slanderous ports here, I am sure there has to be dozens of legal complaints every week - plus, knowing Intel there is probably someone who monitors this site all day and b--ches to the operator 24/7 - multiply that with 10, 20, 50 or whatever number of boards they have here - this is not a situation that you'd want to be in. I personally think they will fold soon as many companies that tried this anonymous stuff before folded (e.g. Yik Yak and Whisper had same issues, I was on both and it was horrible - Yik Yak had a thriving group of Intel on the campus but it got out of control as it was anonymous and free for all)...
