Heard cwa helped some Bronx employees. Worth a shot
I thought no customer contact layoffs? There were many instances of customer contact through them. God bless them and their families.
It's a shame what's happened with those people. Hard working and honest people lose their jobs while certain scumbags will probably land on their feet because they think they're the greatest. Hopefully those two are marked by the company and end up flipping burgers for the rest of their lives. RIP ROCNJ
They're closing because 2 morons in there couldn't keep their mouths shut and kept crying over things that were beyond anyone's control. The jack@$$e $ even wrote emails to upper management. Now, some good, hard working people are out of jobs and those 2 think it's hilarious.
No one was offered a position in Melville's ROC including the ROC Supervisor. I heard that they came in told them and left. Last day is 12/29 unless they find positions within company. They all are hard workers and were good at what they do. Dealing with LI overnight s---s and now we are stuck with them. NJ ROC is way better then them. Should have closed LI instead.
Yes it is true. The Rocnj is closing.
Late last year, Altice closed the Stratford facility. ROC as well as RCC positions were eliminated as a result.
A long time ago, back in June when they consolidated to two locations for the entire department from regionals. And then dispatch as well, when they took out individual market dispatchers and pulled them into two locations.
