Arrived in PR on August 26th. Since then.... 3 hurricanes. The isle's infrastructure is being rebuilt and it'll be better than ever. Hurricanes come and they go. Apparently, Hurricane Altice isn't planning to subside or slowdown. The devastation on the island will be remembered and repaired. But, can the devastation of Hurricane Altice be EVER be repaired? I hear there's still "high winds". I hear you guys are calling it a CAT 5 storm. And supplies are short or none at all.
And it's only your 1st storm.
