Bill Way - Loser Personified!

Bill Way was named CEO of this company in January of 2016, just before he laid off 1200 employees. Well, it has been almost two years and this CEO has done nothing to turn around this company. He must be removed and his position filled with a True exploration and production person. Someone who understands the oil & gas business. The stock of this company says it all. SWN is no better than CHK. SWN is a joke and Bill Way is the Joker! Resign or be replaced in May. You make the call.

Thank you again Steve Mueller. And, of course a special thank you to his hand picked replacement. To the board of directors. Get rid of wrong Way! Do your job!

After being layed-off early last year from SWN I was heartbroken that the company I loved and diligently worked hard for several years could so easily become this dysfunctional. Of course they kept some good folks, but they let go of so many fine professionals without blinking and kept some of the most kissass backstabbers I have ever been associated with. Yet some of the biggest backstabbers continue to get promoted, while the company goes down the toilet.

I'm sure Way will make his exit with millions just as Mueller did. And the millions he takes with him will be proportionate to the number of families kicked to the curb in the next layoff.

Truly sad! A once great company has been beaten from within with arrogance and greed from those at the top. And you know who you are!

This place is a CIRCUS and it starts at the top ! How can a company prosper with such a dysfunctional management team ! The HR/Admin VP is opportunistic and riding the gravy train.

There is a complete loss of credibility and they are going to have to pay !

Better watch their backs .... is what I have to say !

OMG regarding Boling. He must know some BAD TRUTHS. 88% Gas with misses on EPS and Revenues despite all the machinations NOT POSITIVE. No guidance released for next year with OVERSUPPLY OF GAS and very backwardated gas curve concerning. Total reliance at this point on Marcellus-Utica and operating now (too late) within cashflow. Does anyone see how we can NOT have layoffs.

You are being kind to Way. There are many other descriptive names or titles that he could wear that make Loser look stately.

Btw, Boling left with a king's ransom. See exhibit to the 10-Q. They had to pay the man to get him to sign off on the "non-disparagement" language. Too much ammunition, so Way rolled and opened SWN's wallet. Boling is a smart man and laughing all the way to the bank.
