Mismanagement is still rampant , large scale corruption, regionalism in hiring and layoff.

so except fake experience all fake things are welcome.
a tleast 1000 employees who did odd jobs in tiny establishments at the beginning of careers were threatened, harassed and forced to leave after serving company for almost decade.
Who needs real recovery? Here everyone shows fake forecasts and take commission.
Only technical staff suffers. Rest are enjoying as usual.
