The so called union is made up of a bunch of losers that warning to be fired and sue that’s all.
Es gracioso como después de que se presento el sindicato la empresa empezó a meter un montón de políticas enfocadas a el trabajador de un momento para el otro. Prosper apareció en la cancha, open houses de conductas ergonómicas para y mejores practicas, ahora un evento de apreciación a los empleados. La verdad que los chicos de el sindicato han hecho mover mar y tierra.... esto puede estar bueno. Y segun tengo entendido... no tienen malos reclamos...

RED OCTOBER: I believe, unfortunately, that Sabre is in pickle which is almost impossible to get out of without massive collateral damage. Cleaning up after the former regime is a task that will not be met by the current inexperienced one. We'll all get laid off and move on. We have no choice but to plan our lives accordingly and do it now. Do not expect anything from HR, or any leadership because they only execute orders given to them. Everyone is now in self preservation mode and, as we all see, this is when the weakest inauthentic leadership goes right out the window. It's time to move on from Sabre. It's a ship aimlessly floating at sea without a captain or crew.
Do you have a reliable source? How extensive and what areas of the business will it affect? There has been reorganization and targeted VP layoffs even after the big last round so it's plausible there's more to come.

It feels like SM likes his 'power' so much, that he's enjoying having everyone in confusion. I bet he doesn't even care about bringing the company down and he'll wait till the last minute possible to drive action on this. I'm truly sorry for him and all who are feeling like c**p due to him.
