Probably not intentional. From what I'm hearing they just aren't trained right and don't have nessacary tools to do job. Only thing anyone seems to care about is footage. Sounds like leadership failure.

Have already seen the damage that the LI TREE RATS have caused , these people have no idea the the damage inflicted by the squirrels , the construction crews pulling without rollers , and pissed off techs bending and twisting the fiber

Buy the time they cherry pick ftth areas other services will be full wireless. Or have upgraded to 3.1 set up. These guys are still in stone age ftth with no easy way to repair or replace drops is dumb. They have a system that could have been easily upgraded.

Must realize that Altice is a cost cutting machine !!! They have ruined companies in Europe and now they will ruin anything they touch in the States !!! Leaning towards cherry picking the fiber is too cheap and won’t last. If they were serious they would of hired real contractors that is why Ats (inhousetechs) they are not equipped to do a rebuild. Altice is all about taking money out they have not invested any significant contributions to the companies they have acquired. Read and google Altice and their history slash and burn mentality it’s about taking out money and eliminating the infrastructure (workers) good luck if your counting on Altice if you are it’s a death sentence.
Do some fact checking they said the same thing when they acquired Sfr it’s not going to happen
