I really like what they did here - RXBAR is a gold nugget. I think we overpaid, but since we did not move quickly and we allowed some negotiating space here, it was time for us to pay the price. You should see more deals like this happening in the future - it's overdue...

I don't think "We" overpaid because i am no longer a Keebler employee.EVERYTHING kelloggs got their hands on they ruined.The whole Keebler line,cheezits,famous amos.They poisoned it with their genetically modified grains,and cheapened it with their fillers.
Come on...this braintrust will find some way to F up that company. That company will be off the shelves in 2 years. Look what they did to Famous? On the other hand, I would put the ACME acct team on it. They will at least kill it quicker. Those doTards would ruin a wet dream.
