Will someone please tell me some facts, not rumors or made up gossip. Can someone verify if billing and collections is definitely getting outsourced, and when it's going to happen?

Billing and collections was up 20-16, until that bonehead Hilber f'd it up.
Searched our e-mail database and you can find the third parties that are already doing collections, but I could not say if it is being outsourced. Its in your email contacts and you can see the third party company names and departments and one says collections but i cant put the business name here.
You will still have to assume; outsourcing or no employees in those areas.
It was already outsourced in Lightpath to Netcracker. I also heard half of billing and collections on cable side got sourced to amdocs.
No facts here... just a douche bag business agent trying to fear people.....!! This guy starts more rumors than a school girl ..!! Asks a lot of questions too... and answers none ....
