NYC, Wilmington DE. among only a few. JP Morgan Chase and it's Managers are nothing more than an arrogant and deceptive Brothel. Screwing people out of their money, not to mention each other. Reminds me of Facebook, and all of social media, when it all first started...

What is being said about managers at JP Morgan? unfortunately fall into this category – they are self serving. Many fail to lead, they just manage. Many fail to lead by example, they believe others follow because they are the managers,
Take for example in our Hub our VP, somehow he has no time to provide feedback to his direct reports, on their yearly evaluations, most times is he who fails to turn up for a scheduled training session believing he does not need to attend, or to welcome new members to the team, they know it all.
These are all self serving managers and VPs full of their own importance. I feel those who behave in this manner should not be managers.
What should managers (you) choose to do in order to become a great leader? Not sure you will find this answer working at JP Morgan Chase, it is a culture of deception and arrogance
