65 year old females supervisor 20 years with Staples. Started at SCC transferred to Retail moved again for start up FC. Terminated and replaced by younger male supervisor with no Staples experience.....who started at $20,000 less. Next termination, 62 year old female 8 years with Staples..

If your over 45, your protected from age discrimination. California supreme court already ruled that firing due to salary is equivalent to age discrimination. So if your more qualified than other people kept, and over 45, start the lawsuits. Massachusetts courts always follow California
