Thread regarding Chaparral Energy layoffs

Is anyone else concerned about Perdure Petroleum LLC being non-exisitant?!

Can't find that they are an actual company. Anywhere.

This company pumps oil on our property in GainesCo. It has been running since February with no lease, and at least six months, instead of the legal two, behind in payments. I truly fear their legitimacy.

I spoke with Chaparral Energy and they gave me two numbers for this company.

Philis @ 281-668-8471; and Loren Meeks @ 281-668-8471. Good luck!

I hate to see all the negative comments about the NBU field. Especially from guys that it has provided a way of life for! Everyone all the sudden thinks they are CEO’s and can run a business of that magnitude. Some of these can barely balance a checkbook, much less run a company. If you are so worried and already looking for a job, don’t talk about it, be about it! If you don’t like how a company is ran, instead of running your mouth go somewhere else. You get a paycheck I’m sure, so let them run it how they want.

It's all in the name. Wiki "perdure" - "to continue on, or indefinitely continue." Sounds like a little Chaparral kick in the nuts.

I have been directly affected by Chaparral's operations, and this Perdure thing has got me very worried. If Perdure is actually rehashed Stackarral management, it signals a status quo for me or worse moneywise. Anyone know the name of the Perdure CEO?

Did they every quit running saltwater into the fresh water zone that they did since it started ? There are still about a dozen unplugged wells in the flood project that have been filling the fresh water zone.

The field people in NBU have done the very best they can given a very flawed plan. Not our fault!!! Failure is from the top down, not the bottom! We all know the problems! Why else is it being sold! I'm getting tired of bosses telling us to coverup stuff. "Core values"! Lol!

Its a new company that the created. Already looking for a new job. I don’t see a future with them. I guess we will see what they offer. The ceo is part of another company Tabula Rasa Partners LLC. I think the new investors will be old Chaparral members.

If the EPA shut it in no company would buy it!

They can’t even sell that Osage stuff now that the EPA has shut it all in around it. Buyers beware!

Shady isn't the word! Taking a huge bath on this sale! The NBU alone is worth WAY more than $17O million! Where is the Board of Directors?! Something very fishy here.
