At least they have an option to buyout. Most places you get handed a vague a-- bogus Performance Improvement Plan and you’re out of a job. You get fired if you refuse to sign the official document basically saying you completely s--- at your job and you get fired if you sign and attempt to work through he impossible plan as well. Buyout is much better at least you get something for losing your job.

This actually has some merit. They asked us to rank the bottom 6% and I am hearing rumors that they will force us to put them on a pivot plan which basically equals a buyout or a fairly Unachievable improvement plan. Not sure when it will happen but this s---s. I came here to escape this crap.
