Ascena needs to realize there customers and associates are there business . There not loyal but want their stores to sell loyalty . Go back to higher quality clothing and fashionable. They say they survey customers on what they want and give them the exact opposite.
What's to know Ascena is a joke. The top executives get paid 6 figure bonuses..Can speak of Catherine's. They just did another layoff. Fired someone who was with the company for 25 years. Zero loyalty & ZERO employee appreciation.
