It's hard to predict things, but folks are saying that there might be cuts in this year Burlington.

I was just told I was being laid off in October 2018, unless they find another position within the company, which I highly doubt. My take is that in October, I turn 50 years old and they are firing anyone over 50 this year, probably during their birthday month. Either that or they lost a BIG account because NOBODY would listen to ERRORS and get it together!!!! I worked for them for OVER 12 years!!!!

This happened again, in a robotic conference call. I too was laid off after 4-1/2 years of consistently meeting all of their outrageous margins. Moving on from only being a number to a company that does not value my expertise. I wish anyone that continues to work with this company the best of luck.
I was told my job was terminated Tuesday Jan 28, 2018, in the dreaded conference call. This was after 8 years with the company as an MT. I know MTs are not the only ones, 2 years ago several of my favorite supervisors were "let go" with no notice at all. I don't know why they hire anyone at all if they are laying off hundreds at a crack and apparently this has been happening since 2015!! Oh well, back to the job hunting! Wish me luck!!
Me too. I have been with Nuance for 4 years and was laid off Tuesday. I wonder how many of the top execs have been cut. Probably none, just the little MTs who make pennies.
I just got laid off today after 5 years with the company, consistently meeting and exceeding all their ridiculous margins.
