Those of us who have suffered through traveling on United can only hope so! From the ticket agents to the gate attendants to the tarmac workers, you're all just a bunch of overpaid rude unskilled laborers who are delusional about your importance and get away with delivering such poor service only because of your union protection. There are plenty of hard workers who'd kill to have your jobs at half the pay; $28/hr plus benefits to call "Zone 3 may now board. Zone 2 may now board." Seriously? Enjoy it while it lasts, it's sure to come crashing down soon. You'll be automated out of a job or outsourced to people willing to work for half your rate. You're so greedy and arrogant it will lead to your own layoffs. Justice served.
