They're backing themselves into a corner, as does a whole lot of tech industry.
Ditch the experienced, for cheap hires and offshoring.
Lack of experienced run into a wall - no design skills, no process competency, no defense background - heavily reliant on the two.
Relocate, for sake of "knowledge transfer", to their H1B and offshore staff? No, thanks.
