HR persons approach, Good Environment, Neat workplaces
Technical Interview conducted by a person name Shafi. He asked for working principle of Pressure cooker for the Experienced person like me. Just a foolish manager I ever came through. How did the management doesn't know about such fools till now.
I don't know how many manager you have like such fools. Shafi is the only person I had talked. Your company reputation will fade because of such fools.
Irrelevant questions fired by the manager made me look him like a funny and foolish guy. Working under him made me feel such a waste of time and left the company. None of the questions are based on my Experience or relevant to the Requirement.
