Don't think that will happen again. That 4 week per year would definitely be the final curtain on a 20 some odd year career.

What's all this hogwash about "Dolan money" the Dolan's have not bankrolled layoff packages- that's absurd. Stop giving credit to or providing any thanks to Dolans. At the end of the day the Dolans are the ones who screwed us all.

Keep your hopes alive. Its Dolan money anyway so they aren't losing anything personally. They are gaining back money from what they would be paying us. Hire kids and pay them cheaply. Its the pattern with all buyouts from all companies around the world, not just this one. I am ATS and I really would love to see the packages get offered to ATS again. I'd bet a million they would have their numbers they want in the 1st few hours of offering.
I'm just waiting for the day they offer it to ATS.....though I know it will never happen.
Left earlier this year, no regrets what so ever. This Company will not last long if they keep raising Customers rates with no improvement to the service. This Company will not last long when your most experienced employees are leaving and your replacing them with inexperienced ones. This was once a proud place to work. Ever since the Company was purchased it has changed the attitudes of many whom either found new employment, or are looking to leave. So if you have the opportunity to a advantage of a VRP offer, consider it as a way out of a bad situation.

Took the package and couldn't be happier.. there was a little regret ( thinking about my family) but it was the best decision ever.. i hope you all get the same opportunity as me.. wish all of you the best. I still talk to some of my coworkers and they say guys are leaving left and right.. it's a shame what has happened.. but you know there is life after Altice good luck to all who remain
