Things are happening that aren't good. Idk if it's better to hope for a good severance package or just find another job now. After coming out of bankruptcy I doubt they will be generous. The top people will golden parachute out of course!

ER putting all his eggs in the Stack basket. But what does he care, he has a big payout regardless. He doesn’t care about the employees that worked hard to keep it afloat the past 3 years.
I’ll be surprised if Chaparral is a thing next year at this time. How many companies thrive off one play? That’s a real question. Are there any?

Anyone left shouldn’t be fooled, more layoffs will happen. Now that EOR is gone, they don’t need all those in accounting, IT and safety. They will continue to sell off more assets. If you’re not in that inner circle of a--kissers, better kiss your a-- goodbye. They cut bonuses, LTI, don’t think they haven’t already divided up that small bucket for raises to the clueless mgmt. nothing left for the actual employees that do the work. Get out now!
