If the leader is so bad, then why are people working for a company with poor leadership? They had and have a choice, don't they?

This is the quickest way to sweep the place out. It's not the leader, it's the people. People have to pay attention. When you see a poor leader, bounce quickly if you can. Don't wait for it to get better it never does. Life is like a boat when you see a little water leaking- jump out of the boat.
