Oakland a couple of months have passed since you unionized your shop has any changes been made by the company? Do you regret the decision of going union? If possible can we get a little synopsis of what is your at home life are you worried about losing your job, has any employees left for spectrum for the fear of losing their jobs? inquiring minds would like to know. Are the supervisors happier now that you have a union?

Going marvelous in Oakland. No worries or stress especially knowing we have someone looking after our best interest. No contract yet but no rush cause we can't lose anything

I'm definitely thankful we voted yes I sleep better at night and no there hasn't been any change everything stays status quo
Many changes were made.
I have zero regrets.
I felt more unsecure about job loss prior to vote.
Sups are just trying to survive like us all.
there's 2 open sup positions in Oakland....yea they're happy lol
