I have to admit that Qorvo is the worst place that I worked for in my 28 years of semiconductor industry experience.
Place is totally full of incompetent looser managers, crapy tools/process, constant stressfull work environment,no future direction for the company, no bonuses, little to no raises, crazy cost structure and no customers to buy their product.
If you are lucky, ESPP is the only way to make some money here.
As expected Most of the Agere Old buddies/people survived in Apopka, VSP layoff was targeted for non Agere employees. Process Engineering group at this site is a joke. They have already started preparation for the next layoff.

The VSP layoff was target at the older people, they will replace with younger people with lower paychecks.
