Thread regarding ADP layoffs

All of the layoffs are hurting the clients

All of the layoffs are hurting the clients big time! I see layoffs happening in groups that can't even keep up with the workload they have. Meaning clients do not get the service they pay for. Any jobs that are re filled are done so with people without training. Nobody knows who to go to for help and the front line staff dealing with the client don't even know how to decipher what the client is asking. It's a joke.

Agreed, @OQ4ZpKf-Oqkt. How blind does the management have to be to not see this is not working??? There is a quick quarterly bump, and then months and months of dissatisfied customers. The layoffs are not a solution. ADP management needs to realize that or be replaced with somebody who will.

ADP is trying to kill the remaining experienced employees they have. Management keeps adding more work and responsibility almost daily with no relief in sight and no considerable pay increase to go with it. Cases sit for weeks untouched and calls go unanswered because ADP thought letting go the majority of experienced reps was a great way to pay themselves large bonuses. Anyone considering working for ADP please reconsider. This USED to be a great work /life balanced company but no more. It seems like the main goal is to use and abuse the remaining employees.

Maybe the managers and directors who remain will be forced to take inbound calls and pull cases. Lol

The cuts in ADP's experienced associates have been so deep and the knowledge base has shrunk so much that the company's survival is now in jeopardy.

Astounding blindness and incompetence by ADP's upper management!
