Layoffs were company wide. Not just compliance. 80 worldwide and 70 in U.S. with mostly being Director level and up.
AT least it's good to know that this time it was not only the poor peons who got to pay the price for many bed decisions made in the company in the recent past. Small comfort, I know, but it is something.
Actually, most of the people layed off were Sr. Mangers, only a couple of VPs and Directors. However, it should be noted that underperforming VPs and Directors with previous connections "mainly university" continue to keep their roles and even promote each other. This has been going on for years in Product, Marketing and Sales. Very sad.
