I have got an offer from xilinx & broadcom. Which is the best to chose?

Broadcom, you do not accumulate vacation. You can not cash them or take more.

BRCM has unlimted vacation which means no vacation.

Intel is good
The way Hock is going, Broadcom might acquire Xilinx one day, so either way you'll be joining broadcom.
You wouldn't servive long enough to enjoy Broadcom salary, layoffs are norms here.
