False. The billing department with Lightpath are guaranteed the same pay over with Netcracker. Who knows how long it will last.

The companies that take on the outsourcing work hire the former Cablevision (yes I said Cablevision) employees at a fraction of what they were making before with little or no benefits. Check with Facilities, Security, Warehouse & Field Collections. Win (severance for 3 times years of service) -Lose(if you need decent benefits, and a salary close to what you got paid before. also if you take the job with the outsourced company and decide you dont like working for less $ you can leave but cant get unemployment) Most of these companies are not offering health insurance at an affordable rate. Altice sponsored Cobra subsidy is only for three months and is taxed.

Only win win if you were getting ready to retire or have something decent lined up.

The only thing thats a win win is for the people of India, where all this work will go. Screw the blue collar american , just remeber every lost job is lost revenue back into your crappy company. Oh an stop sending useless techs from pa, to try an do our job, an how about more than 10 days of training for new hires you cheap bastards. You going to get someone hurt. Alot of us have seen how well new techs with a bachelor degree do this job. An they had 1 monthin class, an 5 weeks of a ride out.

Win for a newer employees just starting, lose for employees who were making top pay and just wanted to work a couple of more years without starting over. Change is hard, not impossible but good luck with your future endeavors. Your journey with this company is almost at a end. The package is not a package it's not lump sum you get It every two weeks so you cannot collect unemployment until it expires. And it's a voluntary separation package you can't sue you are signing off on that. These people are a piece of work.

They are getting a package and seems like a job offer at one of the two companies that will be handling the billing .. so they aren’t leaving with nothing so ... would be a Win Win ??? No ????
