If the some of the original founders of RFMD were still with the company this would not be happening,. They actually cared about the employees and what the Company is capable of doing and what it stood for, no greedy mergers, buying things we don't need, agreeing to anything and everything just to pocket their greed, buying other companies and then having to lay off people because of their greed. Everyone is so afraid to step on Apples toes, but if we don't communicate and do things right to give them what they are paying us to do then we will lose them and that will mean many may more layoffs. Management get your act together and help us save and keep this company and go back to what this company stood for when it first started. You all up there on your pedestals don't worry about losing your job or losing your only car, no money to pay bills, etc. You will still have your big house and fancy car and expensive clothes to wear on you expensive trips. Most of theemployees down here at the bottom don't have those things, we live paycheck to paycheck... You have too many people making the important decisions, too many people in HR making important decisions, too many higher position people making the important decisions, are you weeding out any of these... of course not..
