Ohio Unemployment has successfully used my retention/ severance package to beat me out of any unemployment.
All because Kellogg's human resources refuses to send them a fax of a allocation date with contact info on company letterhead.
A fine thank you for decades of loyal service, don't you think.
I was only on it for several weeks,told them from day one that i would get a severance eventually,had to tell them three times NO ITS NOT A RETIREMENT,NO I'M NOT WORKING ANYMORE FOR THEM.After that no problem.
Would they consider looking at your separation papers?
I am perplexed that the gov behaves this way
Can't u send Ohio unemployment a copy of your pay stub it has your weekly severence on it might help. Good luck i don't trust Kellogg either
