Send Not just CTO, send all worst VPs, head of platform and AppStudio - what are these old guys still doing MSI? management should understand they are loosing project not because of employees, it is because of the worst vision and strategy that management has. Why board of directors are missing this simple logic?

Too old thought process of CTO, PS head and Priduct heads who works from US. Some how they wanted to get their bonus associated with annual goals. No matter how bad is the product these guys approve and release, then they get bonus and employees at ground suffer.
While employees were busy delivering, management was busy massaging big guys. And hence the failure in vision and losing projects. But who will be saved is evident in the statement above.
