Actually FM accomplished a great deal. I have never seen one person totally destroy a company the way he has. I was one of those in IT that got laid off in spring of 2017 and then hired by IBM. The term used is rebadged. Unfortunately IBM is almost all Indians and totally incompetent. Time to move on.
Same mold. FM has not delivered in his career rather is a master of spin- bully while strongly resembling someone from Hollywood right now. SG sees what she wants to see and turns a blind eye when beneficial to her. FM is an organizational terrorist leaving a wake of destruction in his path.

Because Shira is not good at her job. Correction: Shira is good at running a company into the ground and liquidating its assets as that's the Bain way. Shira is not good at moving a company forward with a growth and people oriented vision. Same for her C-level hires.
I do know he asked for large sign on bonuses for some of those brought in. I wonder why Shira allows such?
