For those who kept insisting there'd be no layoffs at Meijer, tell that to all the IT folks who got laid off this week (not even sure if it's done yet.) Not sure how many exactly, but it's not a small number. I know some were offered positions at IBM, but a lot were not. I'm still waiting to see if I am safe or not.

I wish a lots of folks including myself will survived this coming holiday Season, November going to December 2017. Gloomy ambiance surrounds the office, anxiety like air flowing every corner of the building. My wishful thinking is that the dreaded one on one , Or one on two WFR meeting with my manager comes on month of May2018, not fully prepared but a bit ready in all angles of my concerns.

IBM offer to people , that is just for fooling anyone ..IBM doesn’t need so many people for cloud ...it is just for media ... Meijer has become a Joke company to work for . Capgemini and Indian companies are laughing at Meijer corporate . Top level guy taking millions from these companies . There is no recession , no losses , no sales down ,company in solid balance sheet , no debt ..then cuttings 50 % employee of the company ..seriously .. why can’t people file petition to President . He is screwing American families and getting Indian people for cheap labor . S---ing millions from hard work and blood which low level people put for Meijer ... what a shame !! And he is called a leader of company ..Shame on this kind of Leader
