it is easy to guess that these brokers sitting in his company for more than a decade might made crores... time to see them off.
Oh due this faaltu brokers so many useless dumb folks enter increasing stress of leads and managers.

Why not upper level layoff. What is their contribution? Which new clients are added in last year. Handful of 4-5 may be, so what is level of DM and above doing. Why don't they bring business?
