I think that the GE Digital Organization has their heads buried in the sand. Needing to reduce heads, and today they put out their we are awesome letter bragging about the success of hiring over 2,300 talented team members globally in key roles this year alone. Wake up someone.

I took the VJRP, found a better paying job with better benefits and I'm glad I did, especially when I look at the mess GE is in. I don't miss GE and their incompetent management team, aka The Country Club. Their health benefits are outrageously expensive too!! Good riddance!!
How exactly is Bill Ruh still employed? That guy couldn’t even do telepresence right after many attempts before I f---ed off on the VJRP
Digital is doomed to fail. Came into the game too late and Ruh/Fowler seem to be holding on for dear life. Digital products are too expensive for widespread adoption at other GE businesses and the support staff for the products is awful.
