Any guesses on time it’ll take to move the rest of the SF staff to Dallas?

Mckesson has always been the most unethical company in the Fortune 50 as I worked there 18 years ago and it's still a garbage company.
Leases can be broken. And there are sub-leases. The SF commercial real estate market is red-hot, the new owners would find someone to take the few MCK floors left at 1 Post without any problem.
My guess is end of 2018 on the short-end, end of 2020 on the long-end.
It’s a leaseback, but who knows for how long
I wondered if the building sold in totality or McK will continue to "lease back" select floors. Yes, JH does not work from One Post. Hey, maybe they can make his Orinda mansion the new HQ since it hasn't sold, after all JH did recently sell 450k shares of stock..
JH and PJ have not been based at 1 Post in years. They moved out of California years ago to avoid high state income tax and have an executive office in New Hampshire. There are very few E-levels that are left in San Francisco. Next year MCK will only occupy 5 floors out of 37 at 1 Post, and most people left there know it is only matter of time.
Easy now.
I doubt it matters much to the execs where they’re based. When you’re making that much, everywhere is luxurious.
Do you really care if the scumbag JH and other execs are staying in SF? What, are you having an affair with them? LOL
Are JH and the other top execs staying in One Post?
Probably not that soon, but I bet they at least announce something in the next year.
I'm wondering the same thing...my guess would be, it won't be long. January maybe?
