I'm hearing Ats can't justify their worth and they want them to do some exotic coding on their work to justify their existence is it true? Or am I fibbing? thoughts?

Ats not paid for qc fails and Qc gets paid to show failures. Kind of like heads I win tails you lose
True, been told by sups not to code off repeats against other techs even if they did nothing an coded it off ground block not to charge. We dont get paid on repeats if its a code that means it could have been fixed the first time. # thats bull sh$t
