Outsourcing is not the magic remedy. This is what used to be done in IT. Then they brought it back in-house and now it is coming around again. Just wait a few years. Companies just don't learn. What's the adage? If you want something done well do it yourself. What are the temporary employees incentives to do a good job? At least Staples doesn't disappoint. You always manage to do the wrong thing. I wonder who got kickbacks from signing this deal?
