I'm from one of the locations that is being consolidated into another campus. We've been sitting here for 2 weeks wondering when our last day is, when the center is closing, etc.. Does anyone know what the heck is going on? We were told that our positions have been eliminated but others have been told that they are going to move to another campus. Why would they tell us we're getting laid off without ANY INFORMATION?

OKC and colorado springs are closing in the central group.
(b) Effective September 29, 2017, each of Christopher B. Begley and Fernando Ruiz notified Adtalem Global Education Inc. ("Adtalem") that he does not intend to stand for re-election to the Adtalem board of directors (the "Board") upon expiration of his current term effective at Adtalem's annual meeting of stockholders scheduled for November 8, 2017.
The Board does not plan to immediately fill the vacancies created by their retirement, and the size of the Board would be reduced from 10 to 8 directors following the annual meeting.
Devry did announce campus closures in their recent layoffs unless there are new closures ? the Devry website no longer shows those locations that are in the closure list like OKC

Adtalem is also reducing the size of its Board, from 10 to 8.

It seems like DV is becoming increasingly worried about the public finding out what's going on. It's a little late for that!
The part that worries me is that they even seem to keep their own people from finding out what's going on. That's a very bad sign.
None of this is public, but you can see the DeVry website has taken down pages for the locations that are closing.
Has anything even been made public? Seems like they're trying to keep it as hush hush as possible.
