Rigid Layers of Dead-Weight Management

There are 100s of senior managers and directors at Juniper and many of them are just simple bean counters.

Rami wants to do the right thing, it's not going to be easy with all the pushback and entrenched interests in every single silo. Fiefdoms proliferate constantly and any change is not welcome...

Juniper work environment has become toxic for hard workers.

these dead weights are one of the big problems at Juniper. There's just way too many of them doing the same thing. See why their stock drops like sh--? they might as well sell themselves to Google as Google is eating up real estate around Sunnyvale.

The middle level management has no vision. The level of mismanagement is just increasing . Some of them are too rude and graceless. Work envoirnment has gotten worse.will quit soon. Can't work in a place with such management.

I totally agree, I do not find the environment to work hard, especially when there is no motivation. I will probably quit soon as well.
