The PTO used to start at 25 days for all Accenture resources - they changed this so the carrot is gone -
this is for the USA only - not sure how other countries treat this as I am sure Europe gets a ton of PTO... Anyhow, now they give you 16 days of PTO to start and increase it over time. It s---s and it's below any industry that I am aware off (remember, there are no sick days at Accenture - you have to use PTO....
So much for all that talk about work life balance at Accenture.
