UHG/UHC/Optum has been laying off in several chunks - apparently monthly - so that they aren't required to report to the media. This provides a false sense of the real picture and the number of jobs lost. I've been on interviews whereby the HR or the manager has no idea that hundreds of jobs have been cut and why I'm actively searching for a new job.

We are in a recession which is quickly turning into a depression and the govt, media, corporations are all working to cover it up.
