I have been working as consultant in Prudential, JPM Chase and Bank of America.
I noticed that IT guys from Asian countries come here for higher education, this is just an excuse to get entry into USA. main purpose is to work on OPT(Optional Practical training) . they can work up to 3 years and then they try to get H1.
While they work directly with some staffing company , in 99% case end client is ignorant the fact he has hired some opt, he is kept under impression that he has hired an experience consultant.
