According to the Higher Learning Commission website, DeVry University has been designated as under Governmental Investigation through increased monitoring as of May 10, 2017. The Massachusetts Attorney General is actively investigating allegations of fraudulent or deceptive practices. (Shocking, right?)

Holy cr@p!!! That's why the layoffs didn't happen earlier!!! Now it all makes so much sense. They couldn't do it at the end of the fiscal year because of the investigation
they were cleared on 09/12/17 and once they got cleared the layoffs happened and they won't change until they are up again for accreditation.
