I have stock in this company and it troubles me to read mean spirited comments by some employees, especially made during business hours. Your job is to increase revenue and value for the stockholders. Not to play and surf on your computers and cell phones. Management should have the means to track personal cell phone usage while at work.

"Do the job you were hired to do" This should apply to management. Lead by example boys! Piss poor example if you ask me.
Wake up morons. Sadly this company is headed to a " everybody has to love one another " CULTural movement. Hard business focused decisions arent being made because employees are too damn scared to piss someone off - this is the last step in the death of a company. Instead of focusing on business results and business focus we are detracted on whether everyone is "happy " and being here now... After a lot of hard work these last couple of years - this is what we become? The talented will continue to leave - the scared will stay for a $2 stock. I'm ready to find a company where business is the reason we show up every day - not whether " I like you and you like me" and "where are you on the mood elevator" muck.

I've gone above and beyond for CHK. Held a certain area together when there was absolutely no help. For what? A bunch of empty promises. F-CK this company. It will take a lot more than a few minutes of personal phone usage during company hours to ever recoup what these vermin have taken from me. I bought into the BS in the begining and kept driving and pushing my team to always do better "for the company", for what???? More BS and more empty promises. F-em' ,hope they all read this during company hours. Maybe make a "Work hours phone policy" video with "phone police". CHK is a J-O-K-E!
They would have the means to track cellphones if they would pay for company phones. Instead they ask you to download an app. So they cannot track my phone when I read the truthful comments about our worthless managers and BU VPs.
You my friend are the idiot for having stock in this company and thinking you will ever make money.
The 1B goal for divestitures will not be reached, the production numbers will not be met, the CAPEX is going to go over budget. $3.5-$4.5 is the range for another year or so. If you have time to wait it out then good luck, because most people will invest in something that will generate a return.
