The Ohio Unemployment board just ruled that my severance completely nullified my right to unemployment.

Nud I believe uc said if severance is less than $20,000, or so, it does not affect uc payments.

Collecting uc and severance here in PA. Uc said it depends on how much the severance is. Under a certain amount, severance won't interfere with UC benefits.

I think u can still collect unemployment u have to wait until your severence is all paid out before u can file for unemployment
