They wont send it to collections, the letter states if you would like to pay us back send it to this address they tried to hit me for over $600 never paid it never heard from em. I check my credit monthly, this was 3 years ago and nothing has happened. They legally cannot collect on it the way i read the letter it was completely voluntary to pay them back, call hr and tell them you would like to dispute the amount this will stop all letters from coming.

My b--ch was they released and severanced me, claimed i didnt earn all of my vacation because i left partially through the year, so i owe them the remaining portion i didnt earn back. My b--ch was when we didnt have 40 hours as merchandisers our payroll manager instructed us to use "vacation hours" to bump yourself up to 40. When i inquired about the personal days i had (i believe it was 10) I was told they were use it or lose it you got canned so you lost them. My other b--ch was kelloggs never showed where they overpaid me in their letter, page #2 was always missing. If you cant show it how do i owe it?
